The event continued with the presentation of the annual progress of SMP President, SMA President, and lastly President University itself. For instance, SMP and SMA President which have been accredited A (Very Good) by MENDIKNAS has been successfully produced champions in the field of academic and non-academic for national and international levels. Next, the presentation of annual progress of President University which was delivered by the Former Governor of National Resilience Institute (LEMHANAS) who now serves as the rector of the University, Prof.Dr.Ermaya Suradinata, SH, MS, MH, also illustrated that there has been a significant increase in terms of number of incoming local and foreign students studying in President University each year.

The University, which implements English as its primary language, has been renowned as the most active local private university to recruit overseas students to study in Indonesia as well as to build collaborations with top foreign universities, industries, and some local governments since 2001. No wonder as many as 93 percent of its graduates have been successfully absorbed by both State-Owned and Private Enterprises. The remaining others continue to pursue higher education either in home country or abroad. This is possible given the language of instruction and curriculum taught in the University are more inclined to some practices implemented abroad well-known to be more focused and work-oriented.

On that occasion, Juwono was shared with the audience about his personal reasons for serving as the Chairman of the President University Foundation. He argued that President University, located in the heart of the acclaimed largest industrial area in South-East Asia, Jababeka, with which as many as 1.500 industries from 32 countries operate their businesses within, is very strategic in supporting learning processes and various researches.

The event was closed through a symbolic handover of position by which the Rector embedded a President University’s pin to Prof.Dr.Juwono Sudarsono.
