Procedure and Requirements

A. Admission Requirements

  1. The applicant has completed High School, A level, IB Diploma or equivalent, as shown as by a copy of legalized high school, A level, IB diploma or equivalent.
  2. Successfully passed the President University Placement Test:

            a.      Faculty of Economics : English, Business Mathematics, and

                  Psychological Test

            b.      Faculty of Communication

                  Public Relation : English, Business Mathematics

                  Visual and Communication Design : English, Painting and

                  Color Blindness

            c.      Faculty of Computing : English and Engineering Mathematics

            d.     Faculty of Engineering : English, Engineering Mathematics, and

                 Physics

B. Documentation Requirements-Local Students

  1. Submit a legalized photocopy of a senior high school report (First year up to the last semester of the 3rd year)
  2. Submit two recent colorized photographs (size 4x6)
  3. Submit photocopy of KTP/Student ID/Passport/SIM (driver’s license)
  4. Submit Photocopy of SKHUN (Surat Keterangan Hasil Ujian Nasional)

C. Transfer Students from Other Colleges or Institutions

President University can admit transfer students from other institutions of higher education as long as they fulfill the requirements for admission with the university. Aside from the documentation requirements stated in point A-C, they must also submit original copies of their Transcript of Records from their previous institution. President University will evaluate what courses or subjects can be credited (equivalence) and will inform and advise the transferee accordingly.

Admission Procedures

  1. Fill out the application form.
    The application form can be obtained at:
    • President University Campus
      Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Jababeka Education Park
      Kota Jababeka, Cikarang, Bekasi 17550
    • President University Education Fairs in selected high schools (contact President University Marketing Dept. for further information)
  2. Pay the application fee and submit the required documents
    Each applicant is required to pay a nonrefundable application fee of Rp. 300,000.- (three hundred thousand rupiah).
  3. University placement test
    After submitting the application form along with all necessary and relevant documents, the prospective students are required to join the placement test at announced dates.
  4. Notice of acceptance
    The students who pass the University Placement Test will be notified by mail, phone, and fax. The student will then receive instructions from the university regarding arrangements for payment of fees, enrollment, dormitory accommodation, and other important matters related to his/her entry.
